When RRS looks to hire a new teacher we look for people who can "receive the children in reverence, educate them in love, and send them forth in freedom". We strive to find talented and passionate individuals who embody the values of Waldorf Education and the vision of our school. Individuals who see the world as an open living concept, who carry warmth, wisdom and love into their relationships with children, have a deep respect for nature, and can guide the children in becoming the empowered future change makers we know them to be. Above all we look for individuals who see the art of teaching as a calling and a purpose through which they can nurture the seeds that will become the forests of the future.
